Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified price and authorize us to charge your payment method. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy

We are a small, independent business focused on long-term sustainability. As such, we do not offer refunds by default. All sales are final. We provide preview lessons and content so you can evaluate the quality before purchasing. Access and License

When you purchase access to courses, resources, or premium content, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that content for your own educational purposes. This license does not include the right to share, redistribute, or resell the content.

• - Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service, not your personal lifetime.
• - Access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• - We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to courses, videos, code, documentation, designs, and resources, is owned by Code with Beto LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Content Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue content, features, or the Service at any time. While we strive to maintain and improve our content, we do not guarantee that all content will be available indefinitely or that updates will be provided for all purchased content.
